Steam Turbine Jack Pump Oil Supply System

汽轮机顶轴油供油系统是为了减小汽轮机盘车时电动机的启动力矩以及消除轴颈和轴瓦间的干摩擦,而设计的一套符合汽轮机顶轴油系统的运行要求和工业标准的供油装置。根据系统流量要求,设计有两台油泵(一用一备)和三台油泵(两用一备)两种结构,当油泵工作时,系统向轴瓦注入高压润滑油,以承受转子的重量,在机组盘车时和跳闸后都能顺利投入运行。

Steam turbine jack pump oil supply system is an oil supply unit designed to reduce motor’s starting torque when running turbine jigger and eliminate unlubricated friction between axle neck and axle bush in comply with its operating requirement and industrial standard. According to system’s flow requirement, there are two structures: 2 pumps (one for use and one for spare), 3 pumps (two for use and one for spare). When the pump is working, system will inject HP lube into axle bush to bear rotor’s weight so that all can work normally when running unit jigger and after it tripped.

在现役的顶轴油系统中,多数采用的是定压溢流系统,油泵效率低下, 流量达不到系统的要求,致使顶轴压力低,影响转子盘车工作,甚至出现轴瓦工作面磨损等现象。另外出口压力调节采用截止阀,精确度、灵敏度不够高,也会使油压不稳定。同时随着新上机组容量的增大,转子的重量也随之加大,对顶轴油系统的要求也越来越高。为了解决这些问题,我公司设计出了一套新型的汽轮机顶轴油供油系统,并以集成式方式(带机架)供货。

For present jack pump system, mostly used is set pressure overflow system. The pump efficiency is low and the flow cannot meet system’s requirement, resulting in a low jack pressure and affecting rotor’s jiggering work, even producing corrosion on axle bush surface. In addition, using cut-off valve for outlet pressure adjustment is not precise and sensitive and makes oil pressure unstable. As the volume of newly operated unit increases, rotor’s weight increases as well and has higher requirement for jack pump system. In order to solve these problems, we design a new steam turbine jack pump oil supply system and supply in integrated form (with rack).

本公司设计的XHJP系列顶轴油系统适用于新建机组配套及在用机组顶轴油系统改造。

Our XHJP series jack pump system applies to new unit and restructure of current jack pump system.

  • 特点Secondly, feature
    • 供油系统使用恒压变量泵,油泵输出压力保持不变,输出流量根据系统的需要而变化。

Oil system uses constant pressure variable pump and output pressure keeps stable. Output flow varies as per system’s demand.

    • 可根据需要增设两个蓄能器,从而更加保证系统油压及流量的稳定性和可靠性。

Add two accumulators when necessary so as to assure the stability and reliability of system’s oil pressure and flow.

    • 每个轴瓦的流量采用调速阀进行调节,精确度高,互相干扰小。

The flow of each axle bush applies speed control valve to regulate, with high precision and low interference effect.

    • 每个油泵的进油管路上都装有一个磁性滤油器,吸附透平油中的金属杂质。

The inlet pipe of each pump has a magnetic filter to absorb metal substance in oil.

    • 每个油泵的进油管路上都装有一个入口滤油器,保护油泵不被大的颗粒损坏。

The inlet pipe of each pump has an inlet filter to protect pump from being damaged by big particles.

    • 每个油泵的出油管路上都装有一个出口滤油器,用于过滤送往轴瓦的润滑油。

The outlet pipe of each pump has an outlet filter to filter out the lube sent to axle bush.

    • 每个油泵的出油管路上都设有流量计,可以方便的读出油泵的出口流量,随时了解泵的工作状态。

The outlet pipe of each pump has a flow gage to conveniently read outlet flow of the pump and know the pump’s working condition.

    • 系统中设有溢流阀及止回阀等安全保证装置。

Safety devices like overflow valve and check valve are installed in system.

    • 系统中设有压力开关(可选),以实现在低限油压时的泵组自动切换。

Pressure switch (optional) is installed in system to realize automatic transfer for pump under low oil pressure.

    • 配有压力传感器,可将顶轴油压力信号送至远方监视系统。

Attach pressure transmitter to transfer pressure signal of jack pump to remote monitoring system.

    • 系统中主要设备零件采用进口件,质量可靠不易损坏。

Main equipment parts inside of system are imported and the quality is reliable and difficult to damage.

    • 集成式供油装置结构紧凑,为我公司标准化产品,后续服务较好。
