风力发电机组变桨液压系统
Hydraulic Pitch-controlled system for wind mill generator

    风力发电机组变桨液压系统用于实现变浆控制和刹车控制,具有驱动力强、响应快速、运转平稳的特点,在整台风力发电机组中充当着重要角色。我公司在消化吸收国外技术基础上,与国内大型风机制造厂联合研发的兆瓦风机液压系统,用于风机桨叶的精准变浆控制,并能实现偏航刹车和主轴刹车的控制。该系统包含液压站一套、机舱蓄能器组一套、轮毂蓄能器组件三套、控制油缸三套、安全油缸三套、锁定油缸一套及旋转接头一套。
    为适应我国北方地区风力资源丰富的特点,我们还专门研发了低温型风机液压系统,满足在-30 C温度下工作的要求。该系统已经通过上海市质量检测中心的低温实验考核。
    Hydraulic system for wind mill generator is used to perform pitch-control and brake-control, featured by its strong drive-force, prompt response and stable operation. It takes an important role in the whole system. Basic on the introduced technologies, and cooperated with large-sized domestic wind mill generator producer, we developed the megawatt wind mill generator hydraulic system individually. It can perform precise pitch-control on wind mill generator blade, and perform yaw brake control and main shaft brake control. This system consists of a set of hydraulic station, a unit of machinery space accumulators, three units of nave accumulators, three sets of control oil cylinders and three sets of security oil cylinders, a set of locking oil tank and a set of rotary joints.
    Considering that the north part of China is full of wind resource, we developed low-temperature type wind mill generator hydraulic system, which can work under -30°C, which have passed the low temperature testing of Shanghai Quality testing centre.
