Steam Turbine high pressure fire resistant fluid EHC system

概述    Brief Introduction

    EH系统是汽轮机数字式电液控制系统——DEH中的一个重要组成部分,它主要由供油系统、执行机构和危急遮断系统三大部分组成。供油系统是一个EH油贮存和处理中心,并向EH系统提供稳定的高压油,以此来驱动执行机构。执行机构响应从DEH送来的电指令信号,以调节汽轮机各蒸汽阀开度。危急遮断系统是由汽轮机的遮断参数所控制,当这些参数超过其运行限制值时,该系统就关闭全部汽轮机蒸汽进汽阀门,或只关闭调节汽阀,以保证汽轮机正常安全运行。

    As a most important part of DEH (Steam Turbine Digital Electro-hydraulic Control System), EH system is composed of oil supply system, actuator and emergency trip system. The oil supply system is a center to store and deal with EH oil and it can actuate servo system by supplying the stable high pressure oil to EH system. Actuator can adjust the opening size of each steam valve by responding to the electro-instruction sent from DEH. Emergency trip system is controlled by the trip parameter of steam turbine. When these parameters exceed the limit value, the trip system will shut off all of the entrance steam valves or only the adjust steam valve in order to ensure the secure running of the steam turbine.
   
EH供油装置     EH Oil Supply Unit

    供油装置的主要功能是提供执行机构所需要的液压油及压力,同时保证液压油的正常理化特性和运行特性。它由油箱、油泵、控制块、滤油器、磁性过滤器、溢流阀、蓄能器、冷油器、EH端子箱和一些对油压、油温、油位的报警、指示和控制的标准设备以及一套自循环滤油系统和自循环冷却系统所组成。

    The main function of the Oil Supply Unit is to offer the hydraulic oil and pressure to actuator and to ensure the physical-chemical characteristics & running characteristics of the pressure oil. Oil Supply Unit consists of oil box, pump, control block, oil filter, magnetism percolator, overflow valve, accumulator, condenser, EH box, some standard equipment which can alarm, display and control the pressure, temperature and capacity of the oil as well as a set of self-cycle filtering system and self-cycle cooling system.

    EH系统油动机是EH控制系统的重要组成部分。液压油缸与控制块连接,控制块上装有电液伺服阀、截止阀、快速卸荷阀和逆止阀等,加上不同的附加组件,可组成二种基本形式的执行机构(即开关型和伺服控制型执行机构)。

    EH system oil servomotor is the most important part of EH control system. There are electric hydraulic servo valve, throttle check valve, quick discharge valve and regressive check valve installed in the control block; therefore, it can compose two basic types of actuator, namely on-off type and servo control type, by connecting hydraulic pressure cylinder with a control block and other additional components.


EH系统危急遮断系统     EH Emergency Trip System

    为了防止汽轮机在运行中因部分设备工作失常可能导致的重大事故,在机组上装有危急遮断系统。危急遮断系统的主要部件包括电磁阀组件、油控跳闸阀、空气引导阀、EH油试验装置、轴承油试验装置、冷凝器试验装置、组合试验装置。危急遮断系统监视汽轮机的某些运行参数,当这些参数超过其运行限制值时,该系统就送出遮断信号关闭全部汽轮机蒸汽进汽阀门。
    被监视的参数主要包括如下各项:
汽轮机超速、推力轴承磨损、轴承油压过低、冷凝器真空过低、抗燃油油压过低。


To prevent steam turbine from serious accident caused by malfunctions of some equipment, an emergency trip system is installed to EH unit. The emergency trip system mainly consists of electro-magnetic valve unit, hydraulic trip valve, air pilot valve, EH oil pressure test device, bearing oil pressure test device, condenser test device and combined test device. The emergency trip system also keeps watch on some working parameters of the steam turbine. As these parameters exceed its restriction, the system will send a trip message to shut off all of the steam-intake valves.
    Monitored parameters mainly include:
Steam turbine over speed, thrust bearing abrasion, bearing oil pressure over-low, condenser vacuum over-low and fire-resistant oil pressure over-low.

EH系统再生装置  EH system regenerator


    抗燃油再生装置能使油保持中性、去除水分,使抗燃油得到再生。该装置主要由硅藻土滤器和精密滤器(即波纹纤维滤器)等所组成。

    Regeneration unit for fire-resistant oil can make the oil keep neutralized and remove the moisture so as to refresh the fire-resistant oil. It is mainly composed of diatomite filter and fine filter (i.e. corrugated fiber filter).


EH油管路系统     EH Oil Pipe System
   

    油管路系统主要由一套油管及附件(如接头、三通、弯头等等)和高压蓄能器、低压蓄能器组成。油管连接供油系统、危急遮断系统与执行机构,并使之构成回路系统。

    Oil Pipe system is mainly composed of a suit of pipe and accessories (for example connector, tee joint, elbow, etc.), as well as high pressure accumulator and low pressure accumulator. Its function is to connect the oil supply system and the emergency trip system with actuator, and form into a circuit.
